2022 Title VI Program Plan Update Public Meetings

Lextran is seeking input on its updated Title VI Program Plan.

Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance. Every three years, Lextran gathers feedback from the public on how our services and potential changes to service may impact riders. Feedback is then analyzed and will be used to inform the Title VI Plan. We are currently seeking public comment on the Title VI Plan submission for 2022.

The public comment period will open on Wednesday, August 24th and close on Friday, September 16th. Comments can be submitted in the following ways:

Public Meetings will be held for additional input chances on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022
