Competitive Pay
Bus Operators will earn $22.13/hour during their nine-week training. After training, operators will work 40 hours per week with potential opportunity for overtime. The wage rates are negotiated as part of the collective bargaining and follow the progression rate listed below.

Paid CDL Training
Applicants do not need a commercial driver’s license (CDL) to apply. Qualified applicants will receive paid training to acquire their CDL, along with reimbursement for CDL fees.
$1,000 Hiring Incentive
New Bus Operators, Maintenance Technician B-Mechanics, Service Workers, and Utility Workers hired before December 31, 2024 are all eligible to receive a $1,000 hiring incentive ($500 upon successful completion of training and $500 after the probationary period).
