Effective Monday, August 16, Lextran will temporarily adjust weekday service schedules on six routes to align with the available operator workforce. Service frequency will be reduced on the following routes:
- Route 5 – Nicholasville Road
- Route 8 – Versailles Road
- Route 11 – Richmond Road
- Route 12 – Leestown Road
- Route 13 – South Broadway
Routes listed above are linked to their respective downloadable and printable schedules. Additionally, Route 8 – Versailles Road will continue to serve Keeneland and the Blue Grass Airport. There will be no change to the span of service (time of first and last bus) and service reductions do not affect weekend service.
As a reminder, in accordance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) federal policy, all passengers are required to wear a mask when onboard a Lextran bus or inside the waiting areas at the Downtown Transit Center.
