Beginning Monday, October 23, 2023, Lextran will begin operating on the Leestown VA Medical Center Campus for weekday service (Monday – Friday). The bus shelter will be serviced on four (4) morning and four (4) afternoon trips with information below. The shelter stop will be listed at Stop 42 – VA Medical Center Shelter in myStop and on printed schedules. VA stops are pictured below.
Stop 156 on Leestown Rd in front of the VA property will continue to be serviced on all trips and by Route 52 – Night Georgetown. All stops on Leestown Rd will continue to be serviced on all trips.
All trips that serve the VA Medical Center Shelter Stop will not serve BCTC (VoTec) and Opportunity Way.
The time point on Route 52 – Night Georgetown will change from VA Medical Center to Westhampton @ Leestown. No changes will occur to times.
