From April 19th through May 7th, surveyors will be onboard buses conducting surveys to passengers about Lextran service. These surveys are part of a large study about Lextran and the information data gathered will help us understand how passengers use and view our service and inform future decisions regarding improvements.
Lextran has contracted with ETC Institute who will be issuing the survey. Surveyors can be identified by their blue, high visibility vests and will be utilizing digital tablets to conduct the survey.
The survey will take about 5 – 7 minutes to complete. Questions include starting and ending locations of trips, number of transfers required, satisfaction with Lextran services, and demographic information.
You may complete the survey anonymously. Should you choose to disclose your name and contact information you will be entered into a drawing for 30-Day Passes.
