Bus stop signs around the city are getting a new look. All of the information, stop numbers, and routes served will remain the same. We started with Route 5 – Nicholasville Road first and will continue making updates over the coming weeks.
As a reminder, the “STOP NUMBER” is the number specifically assigned to that stop. Use this number when calling customer service or the IVR system to indicate your location. You can also use this number for our Text-for-Next feature.
The “ROUTES” indicate which bus routes are served by that stop.
If your bus stop sign has a snow flake, that means it will still be served if the snow plan is activated. If your sign does not have a snow flake it will not be served when the plan is activated.
