Lextran will host a public meeting regarding the December 2020 proposed service improvements.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 10th at 3:00pm.
This meeting will be held virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions. The meeting will be livestreamed on our Facebook page. The recording of the meeting will be available on our Facebook page after the meeting and also uploaded to YouTube for further review.
After reviewing the service improvements here, customers can submit comments, questions, and concerns in the following ways:
- Email info@lextran.com
- Call (859) 244-2039 and leave a voicemail
- Fill out a service improvement comment at at the Customer Service Window at the Transit Center
- Join the Facebook livestream
Comments received before Monday, November 9th at 6:00pm will be reviewed and compiled. These comments will be reviewed during the public meeting livestream.
Any comments received after Monday, November 9th at 6:00pm will be considered but may not be brought up during the livestream. Public comment will officially close on Thursday, November 12th at 8:00am.
