Lextran will host a virtual public meeting regarding the May 2021 proposed service improvements.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 31st at 2:00pm.
This meeting will be held virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions and be livestreamed on our Facebook page. The recording will be available on our Facebook page and also uploaded to YouTube for further review.
After reviewing the service improvements here, customers can submit comments, questions, and concerns in the following ways:

- Call (859) 244-2039 and leave a voicemail
- Fill out a service improvement comment card at at the Customer Service Window at the Transit Center
- Join the Facebook livestream
- Or complete the contact form below
Comments received before Tuesday, March 30th at 8:00am will be reviewed and compiled. These comments will be discussed during the public meeting.
Any comments received after Tuesday, March 30th at 8:00am will be considered but may not be brought up during the livestream. Public comment will officially close on Monday, April 5th at 8:00am.
